Cognitive Decline can Start as Early as Age 45

In a recently released paper, researchers studied the the brain’s capacity for memory, reasoning and comprehension skills (cognitive function) in 7,400 subjects between the ages of 45 and 70 and found that cognitive decline can start to deteriorate as early as age 45! There are several things that can be done to keep the brain engaged and healthy, to avoid cognitive decline. One of those is giving the brain a workout with Neurofeedback! Others would include changing your environment (such as moving to new location, changing jobs, etc). “Read more about this study”
