Schedule a Consultation

Center for NeuroFitness provides EEG Neurofeedback, Brain Mapping, Interactive Metronome®, and The Listening Program® for individuals and families interested in exploring our brain training services.

We understand that reaching out to a neurotherapy practice may come after a great deal of research. You may already know which service interests you, or you may simply have questions about where to begin. Either way, you do not need to determine the right service before contacting us.

Our goal is to make the first step straightforward. Tell us what brings you to Center for NeuroFitness, and we can provide information about our services, answer initial questions, and discuss scheduling a consultation.

Center for NeuroFitness is a practice established for over 15 years using EEG Neurofeedback and Interactive Metronome. We also provide Brain Mapping and are a Certified Provider of The Listening Program.

Our approach is individualized because each person comes to us with different circumstances, questions, and goals. Rather than assuming one service is appropriate for everyone, we begin by learning more about what you are seeking.

Service Specifics

Inquire About Our Specific Services

When you contact us, you are welcome to tell us about the type of service you are researching and the questions you would like answered. If you are not sure which service to ask about, that is completely fine.

01

Contact Us About EEG Neurofeedback

If you are researching EEG Neurofeedback in St. Augustine, we can help you understand the service and what the training process involves.

We bring years of dedicated experience using EEG Neurofeedback. Our practice uses Cygnet EEG Neurofeedback software together with professional EEG hardware to support the neurofeedback training process.

EEG Neurofeedback can involve terminology and technology that are unfamiliar to someone encountering the service for the first time. We believe prospective clients should have an opportunity to ask questions and receive understandable information before deciding whether they want to explore services.

When contacting us about neurofeedback, you do not need extensive knowledge of EEG technology. Simply let us know that you are interested in neurotherapy or neurofeedback, and we can discuss the next steps.

02

Ask About Brain Mapping

Center for NeuroFitness also offers Brain Mapping services in St. Augustine.

Brain Mapping provides information about measured patterns of brain activity. It is different from EEG Neurofeedback training, although both involve information related to brain activity.

If you have been researching Brain Mapping and want to understand the process, contact us with your questions. We can explain what Brain Mapping involves and discuss how it relates to the broader neurotherapy and brain training services available through our practice.

We know that information about brain activity can sound technical. Our goal is to explain our services in clear language so individuals and families can better understand the options they are considering.

03

Contact Us About Interactive Metronome

We bring extensive experience using Interactive Metronome as part of our brain training services.

Interactive Metronome provides structured training centered on timing and synchronization. Participants work with specific timing cues during interactive exercises and receive feedback about timing accuracy.

If you were referred to Interactive Metronome, discovered the program through your own research, or simply want to learn how it works, we welcome your questions.

We can explain what the program involves, what to expect from the training process, and how Interactive Metronome differs from EEG Neurofeedback and our other brain training services.

Contact Center for NeuroFitness to learn more and discuss scheduling an appointment.

04

Learn More About The Listening Program

Center for NeuroFitness is a Certified Provider of The Listening Program.

The Listening Program uses specially designed music and audio based methods within a structured listening experience. This approach differs from both EEG Neurofeedback and Interactive Metronome and provides another brain training option through our practice.

If you are interested in The Listening Program, contact us to learn more about how the program is structured and what participation involves.

Because we offer several different brain training services, we can also help explain the differences between The Listening Program, Interactive Metronome, EEG Neurofeedback, and Brain Mapping.

You do not need to decide between these services before getting in touch. An initial conversation can help you become more familiar with the available options.

An Experienced Neurotherapy Practice

When you contact a neurotherapy provider, it is important to know who is behind the services.

Center for NeuroFitness is led by a Masters level practitioner who is a Board Certified Fellow through the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance. Our professional background also includes recognition as an Amen Method Professional and Associate practitioner.

We are members of the International Society for Neuroregulation and Research and the Biofeedback Society of Florida.

Our years of dedicated experience with EEG Neurofeedback and Interactive Metronome has also provided opportunities to mentor several professionals entering the field.

We combine this professional background with an individualized approach to each client. We believe advanced technology is most useful when supported by professional knowledge, practical experience, and clear communication.
