About Center for NeuroFitness
Our Neurotherapy Approach
Individualized Brain Training, Built on Experience
At Center for NeuroFitness, we believe that understanding how the brain functions can be an important part of developing an individualized approach to brain training. Established in practice for well over a decade, we have worked with EEG Neurofeedback and Interactive Metronome, combining professional experience with advanced technology and a commitment to personalized service.
We serve individuals and families who are interested in learning more about neurotherapy, Brain Mapping, EEG Neurofeedback, Interactive Metronome, and The Listening Program. Our goal is to create an environment where clients can ask questions, understand their options, and receive services that are considered in relation to their individual needs and goals.
While technology is an important part of what we do, our practice is built around people. We believe professional experience, continued education, clear communication, and individualized attention are essential parts of providing quality neurotherapy and brain training services.

More Than 15 Years of Neurotherapy Experience
Center for NeuroFitness brings more than 15 years of experience using EEG Neurofeedback and the Interactive Metronome.
That experience matters because neurotherapy is not simply about operating equipment. It involves understanding the technology, recognizing the importance of individual differences, communicating clearly with clients, and applying professional knowledge developed through education and practical experience.
Over the years, we have continued to expand our knowledge and the services available through our practice. Today, our brain training services include EEG Neurofeedback, Brain Mapping, Interactive Metronome, and The Listening Program.
We also continue to follow developments within the neurofeedback and neuroregulation fields. Technology changes, professional knowledge develops, and new approaches become available. We believe our responsibility is to continue learning so that we can provide informed services while maintaining an individualized approach.
Our experience has also given us the opportunity to serve as a mentor to several professionals entering the field. We value the opportunity to share knowledge and encourage high professional standards within the neurotherapy community.

Technology Supported by Professional Experience
Neurotherapy technology has developed considerably, but sophisticated equipment is only one part of the experience. We combine technology with professional knowledge and extensive hands-on experience.
For EEG Neurofeedback, we use Cygnet software along with professional EEG Neurofeedback hardware. Cygnet provides technology that supports the neurofeedback training process while allowing us to deliver services within an individualized framework.
We also offer Brain Mapping to provide information about patterns of brain activity. Brain Mapping can give us additional information to consider when discussing neurotherapy and brain training with a client.
Interactive Metronome provides another type of training experience. We have worked with the Interactive Metronome for well over a decade and use its structured timing exercises as part of the services available through our practice.
We have also expanded our services as a Certified Provider of The Listening Program. This gives our clients access to another structured brain training option involving specially designed music and listening experiences.
Having several services available allows us to discuss different options rather than assuming one approach is right for everyone.
Our Philosophy
Our Individualized Approach
Every person who contacts Center for NeuroFitness arrives with a different story, different questions, and different goals. We respect those differences. Our approach begins with listening. We want to understand why you are considering neurotherapy or brain training and what you hope to learn about the available services.
We do not believe that a website should make promises about an individual’s results. People respond differently. Instead, we focus on providing information, professional guidance, and an opportunity to discuss whether our services may be appropriate for your needs.
